Debra Bartelli, DrPH, Board Chair, is a founding member of the IC Haiti Ministry. A member since 2004, Debra has made more than 20 trips to Layaye. She has helped coordinate three eye clinics, five medical clinics and one dental clinic for the people of Notre Dame d’Altagrace parish. When not in Haiti, Dr. Bartelli is a faculty member at the University of Memphis School of Public Health where she teaches courses in environmental health. Several of her students have traveled to Haiti with her to learn about and seek solutions for environment-related health problems.
Kelly Fish has been a member of the IC Haiti Ministry since 2006 where he presently serves as treasurer. His trips to Haiti motivated him to study nursing and he is now in his final year of night nursing school. Dr. Fish is Professor of Computer & Information Technology at Arkansas State University with his most recent research involving the implementation of an electronic healthcare record system for a rural Haitian medical clinic. He lives in Memphis with his wife Kathy and they have two grown daughters.
Frank has been a Permanent Deacon in the Diocese of Memphis since 2000 and involved with the Haiti Ministry since 2005. He has been to Haiti in a support role twice. His business is sales and consulting along with his wife, Bambi serving medical doctors in Memphis and throughout the Southeast since 1976.
Bambi has been involved with the Haiti Ministries since 2005 along with her husband Frank and has made one trip to Layaye, Haiti. She works with her husband in the sales and consulting business serving medical doctors since 1976 here in Memphis and throughout the Southeast since 1976.
